General characteristics:

  • «Iskander-E» tactical missile systems provides the solution of combat tasks in all types of combat operations of the ground forces in various theaters of military operations, at any time of the day, in the conditions of active opposition of the enemy by means of anti-missile defense and electronic warfare.
  • The complex provides combat use at altitudes of the launching site and targets up to 3000m above sea level, with the location of the self-propelled launcher both openly and in a trench, without topogeodesic, meteorological support and without training in engineering for the starting position.
  • High firing accuracy at a considerable range, low readiness time for launch (it can be 4 to 16 minutes depending on the state of readiness of the complex), the power of combat equipment and a high probability of overcoming missile defense allows the complex to quickly ensure the defeat of any typical target with a single software control system volley of two missiles.

The main missile complex destruction objects:

  • command posts and communications centers,
  • large troops groups,
  • fire destruction means,
  • air defense and missile defense facilities,
